He is a thoroughbred and result-oriented finance professional with broad experience in all areas of finance, accounting, business development, procurement and general management.In his previous experiences, he served as the Chief Finance Officer of SunTrust Bank and was the Operating Partner and Director with a principal investment company with varied interest across industries in Lagos. He possesses C-level experience in policy, strategy formulation, visioning and execution. He has served on board of 2 public quoted companies and was the Chairman, the finance and general-purpose committee of one of them. Prior to this, he was the Group Chief Finance Officer for Westcom / Sparkwest Group where he had overall responsibility for the accounting, finance, procurement, taxation, treasury, and IT functions within the group.He has garnered over 17 years work experience, out of which more eight (8) was with abig four accounting firms (KPMG), his working experience in KPMG was diverse, spanning audit of financial statements, risk advisory and financial advisory.

Ayodeji has over 13 years extensive management experience spanning across financial services, technology and downstream logistics. He has been involved in several transformational initiatives including conceptualizing and managing the development of the first real time settlement system for electronic transactions initiated by MFI clients on 3rd party channels in Nigeria and possibly Africa.With landmark achievements in the financial technology space where he was instrumental in building special purpose platforms to solve complex problems in payments, he forayed into Management Consulting in 2012 and continues to provide transformational advisory services to business leaders across different industries and markets including ICT, Manufacturing, Consumer Retail, Fashion Retail, Energy, Healthcare, Lottery and Financial Services.

Biola is an Executive Director of Coralstone Investments Limited. She is an experienced finance professional, certified project manager, business structure and strategy expert with a strong background in audit, financial planning, investment management, business process engineering and extensive experience in driving key structural changes in organizations from experience gathered while working with top financial services industry clients in the global audit firm- KPMG as well as in the investment management industry for about 15 years. She holds a B.Tech in Project Management Technology from Lagos State University, PRINCE2 certification in Project Management from APMG International, MBA with specialism in Finance from Edinburgh Business School (Heriot-Watt University), Scotland and also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. Before her appointment as the Executive Director, Finance & Operations at Coralstone Investments Group, she worked as the Group Chief Financial Officer at Coronation Group where she was responsible for overseeing financial control, investment management and strategy development functions at the group level.

Sola Adeyinka is the Managing Director of Coralstone Investments Limited. He is a charter holder of the respected CFA institute and a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accounts (ACCA) and Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. Sola has over fifteen years’ experience in investments and portfolio management, personal finance & wealth creation, SME advisory, business consulting and financial planning and analysis. He is a financial expert with in-depth insights into identifying, nurturing, and exploring high growth opportunities across industries. Prior to joining Coralstone, he worked at KPMG and Accenture, driving structural changes in accounting and financing processes, leading strategy and management advisory. He also worked at South Atlantic Petroleum Limited in a Strategic Finance role. Sola has played actively in various asset classes such as Equities, Fixed Income, Real Estate, Private Equity, and other alternative investments, and has in-depth knowledge of Africa's oil and gas industry. He helps businesses leverage this knowledge base for informed decision-making, and is also very passionate about helping people achieve financial freedom early in life. Sola has a B.Sc in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brooks University, United Kingdom, and B.Sc in Material Science and Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University. He has attended several courses locally and internationally including the Project and Infrastructural Finance at the prestigious London Business School.

Prior to joining Sproxil, he served as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of CFS West Africa Limited, a customer service advisory firm in Victoria Island, Lagos. He has valuable experience spanning Strategy Development and Restructuring for financial services companies and conglomerates, Tax advisory, e-Payments, Business incubation and Consulting. Before his appointment as the MD/CEO of CFS West Africa, he was the Deputy Head, Business Advisory in Nextzon Business Services Limited, a Management Consulting firm in Lagos, Nigeria focused on Strategy Development, Business Restructuring and Incubation.

Chinedum started his career in Arthur Andersen now KPMG Nigeria over 20 years ago. He is a Chartered Global Management Accountant – CGMA and an Associate Chartered Management Accountant – ACMA. Chinedum holds a first degree in Microbiology from University of Port Harcourt, Rivers State and an International MBA from IE Business School, Madrid, Spain.
